Shipping Information:

Orders are typically created and shipped between 3-7 working days. We ship by your choice of USPS First Class, Priority Mail or UPS Overnight. FREE FIRST CLASS SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $100.00...(just choose the "Free Shipping" at checkout if your order is over $100.00!)

SOME INFORMATION ON OUR DELIVERIES:

1) Each product page on our website shows an "Availability Time". This is the average time that it takes us to custom create that item for you. Occasionally materials become out of stock or we are waiting on a shipment to arrive and can take slightly longer. We try our best not to let this happen, but occasionally it can occur.

2) During peak gift ordering times such as Christmas, Easter, Mother's Day, End Of The School Year, Back To School and Graduation some production times may take a touch longer. We make the majority of our products when you order them, so they are created especially for you. Please plan accordingly.

3) Please note that some of our products will arrive at different times and in different shipments. If you have not received all of your order within 3 weeks, please let us know and we would be happy to track your packages for you.

RETURN POLICY

Since we are a custom monogramming store, we create your orders upon special request, and can not accept returns on custom made or personalized items. We create each order based on your specific name or monogram, and therefore we can not resell it if returned. If there is a spelling error, product problem or a defect in the product, we would be happy to work quickly to remake the product exactly as you originally ordered, as we always want you to be thrilled with your Club Contessa purchase. We reserve the right to replace or repair your item or issue a refund if a problem arises. If you have a special request, please feel free to email us before placing your order, as we would be happy to try to accomodate you if at all possible.

ALL RETURNS REQUIRE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. To obtain a return authorization number (RA#), please email us at info@ClubContessa.com with your request. Only returns arriving with this return authorization number will be accepted in our shipping department from the US Postal Service or UPS. We can only accept returns for unused, new product within 30 days of purchase. Please also note that return shipping charges are non refundable.

Here at Club Contessa, we try to always remain conscious of our environment. This means that we try to "recycle" and reuse as many shipping boxes as we can, to cut down on the number of trees harmed to create shipping boxes. On all gift shipments, we will always ship in a new box...but for direct orders, you may receive your order in a box that was previously "loved!"
